Made from a super soft Vanilla sponge cake, filled with either custard (vanilla or chocolate or both), fresh cream (with jam or no jam) or plain silky buttercream (with jam or no jam).
Covered in a choice of toasted almond or shredded coconut and topped with a variety of fresh locally sourced berries and macarons.
